Make sure to have a specific location.
Make limits known. But if limits exist, handicap both sides.
Physics apply, look from every angle to keep arguments from having holes. (ie She brakes through the metal shield at 100mph unarmored,. Leaves the fact that any fleesh hitting anything at 100 mph would explode in blunt force)
Toonforce is by location not character, either everyone gets it or no one does. (PM me if you disagree)
Opponents desire each other dead and will use all their power to fight. Fear is not a factor, intimidation is.
No low-end victories (he dies due to walking in a street to fight but gets hit by a car)
No winning due to "awesomeness" or "she is a boss"
Knowledge of each other is determined by OP.
Consider character IQ.
Don't be repetitive
Chuck Norris can be damaged.
